Keys to Making Money Online

I know I may not be the greatest authority on adsense. I actually did just read an article on the top paying adsense terms, though. A lot of people base their niche blogs based on these terms, I’m assuming. Glad to read, however, that a lot of these terms will apply to this site, and hopefully result in a better click thru rate. Can’t help to give it a shot. Despite all this, it’s key to remember that you need to drive traffic to your site in order to get people to look at these ads. They can’t click without seeing them, so don’t think that just knowing the best terms will help you out tremendously. It’s a start, but traffic will be key to your success.

That being said, there are a lot of things I have to consider. My family is in the process of buying a new house, in addition to me buying a car. We need to figure out the best way to insure our investment, and I need to find the best car insurance rates. It’s much more difficult when you’re a young guy trying to buy a nice car! It’d be better if things like that were free. As you know, part of the reason why I started this blog is to see how much the internet can help me make money, in order to pay for these things that I’m getting. While I’m not counting on any big results right away, I do hope that in the long run, blogging online and earning thru affiliate programs and programs like adsense will make a difference in my life. Having that little bit extra is always great.

One of the things I know I have to work on is traffic. It’s very low on this site right now, as I’m sure there are billions of people who don’t even know it exists. I worked hard to promote my last blog, Intermission at Work, and while its not a huge cash cow, it’s starting to bring in a little bit. Just goes to show you that when you make the effort, it could help! If you haven’t noticed, there are a lot of godaddy ads on this blog. How can you miss them? I am in the process of considering hosting plans. It’s important to me that while people know I am trying to make money online, it doesn’t LOOK like I’m not trying to provide any content, because I am. With my own hosting, it should be easier to get indexed and build up my page rank and SEO. I’ve always heard those are important.
