Finally got my new host set up…

and I’m ready for some rest. That’s why I’m writing this post right now actually. How does this actually help me get some rest you might ask. Well, it doesn’t. But, if I turn it into a contest entry in which I can get something that will help me get some rest, it just might in the long run.

That being said, The Beef Jerky Blog is hosting a comfort contest! In this contest, they’re going to be giving away two Fuf Chairs. This is just the thing every blogger needs, whether it be for the best blogging environment, or something to just take a break. I would love to have one of these in my new room! Oh, I should mention that my family is moving into our first home in a few months. Unfortunately blogging did not help me pay for any of that, but when I have some success with the car, it might be time to see if blogging can help me get my own home!

Anyway, back to the contest. Anyone who enters this contest will have a chance at one of these sweet chairs. They’ll also be getting a backlink, and anyone who enters will get at least some recognition. It never hurts to have some more of that.
I hope that the guys and gals over there don’t mind that I stole their banner to help promote their contest! If you do mind, please let me know and I will remove it.

While I am on the subject, let’s review the Beef Jerky Blog. I personally think that it is a very well written site. Also, the theme is very clean, and easy to navigate, the ads do not detract from the content at all. The custom header is well done, and I really like their color scheme. Content wise, they are always providing good information about contests on the web, as well as providing a good contest themselves! It flows very well, and hopefully I will be able to get my blog to be like that one day.Fuf Chairs is also a great site, and deserving of review! When you first come to their page, it seems a bit cluttered. However, there are very easy navigational buttons on the left sidebar, which make it really easy to pick just the right Fuf Chair for you! They appear to have a great product, and I will be sure to review it if I win the contest! Again, there is a good color scheme here, and it’s overall a very nice looking site.

Some of you may have also noticed the new theme here. If you have noticed, please let me know what you think! I will be doing probably a good amount of customization, probably creating my own header and working on things like that. If you have any suggestions for me, please feel free to throw those out there as well, I appreciate all help!
